Focused

Focused describes someone who can keep their attention locked onto what they are doing even when distractions are happening around them. People high in this trait may be able to block out noise, interruptions, and competing activity so they can stay mentally engaged with a task. They often do best when they can go deep into one thing instead of constantly switching attention.

At its best, this trait can show up as concentration, persistence, skill-building, and the ability to make real progress on difficult work. At its extreme, it can become tunnel vision, ignoring useful input, or missing what is happening around them because their attention is so tightly fixed.

A recognizable fictional example is Beth Harmon from The Queen's Gambit. She represents someone whose attention can become intensely absorbed in a single domain, allowing her to study patterns, shut out distractions, and pursue mastery.
